Wild love - breathwork for women

This is a very feminine, soft, gentle and yet empowering experience where you will journey into Divine Love and Feminine Energy, while learning to harness and use your breath as a tool for healing. You will come into resonance and connection with your feminine nature, and learn to give permission for beautifully wild, soft, gentle & shadow aspects of yourself to be there, to no longer abandon yourself. Through this experience you are invited to soften into a space of self love.

What is breathwork

People have been practicing breathwork for thousands of years, and it has roots in yoga practice. The basic idea of breathwork is to release toxins and stress when you breathe out and nourish your mind and body when you breathe in.

Breathwork may have a positive impact on your central nervous system. When you feel stressed, your breath tends to become fast and shallow. This limits the oxygen entering your bloodstream. Your brain tells your body that there is a threat, and your body responds in fight or flight.

When you take time to slow down and purposefully breathe deeply and slowly, you tell your brain that everything is OK. Your brain communicates to your body that it’s safe to relax. The fight or flight response decreases, and your body can begin to function normally again.

About Samantha

Yoga has been a part of Samantha's life for over 15 years now. Completing her first yoga teacher training in the south of France with Patrick Loubert, she has continued her studies and teachings around the world; in France, Spain, Bali, New Zealand & Italy. Samantha has studied Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Aerial, Restorative and Yin Yoga as well as sound bowl healing and meditative practices.

When you attend Samantha’s yoga class, you can expect a combination of creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your yoga practice. Samantha’s mission is to help you thrive by nurturing your body, mind and soul with yoga so that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
