Reconnect with your body’s wisdom and restore balance in this 4-week wellness course on Waiheke Island. Guided by Donna Hall, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, Relationship Coach, and Ren Xue Teacher, this unique program blends:

Somatic Experiencing – gentle practices to regulate the nervous system and release stress.
Instinctual Meditation inspired by The Radiance Sutras – simple tools for presence and calm.
Gentle Ren Xue Qigong – movement for energy balance and harmony.
Insights from Traditional Chinese Medicine – exploring the Five Elements for resilience and vitality.

About Donna

Donna’s work supports the body, mind, emotions, and wairua. Helping you understand and navigate patterns—how those patterns manifest in our body and nervous system. Together, you gently explore what might enable greater relaxation, safety, and connection, and how this can support meaningful changes in relationships at home, work, and with ourselves. Over the years, Donna has had the privilege of working alongside parents and whānau, supporting them through life’s many transitions. Her approach draws on a rich background in mental health and midwifery, woven together with advanced training in Chinese medicine, Somatic Experiencing®, Emotionally Focused Therapy® for individuals and couples, and trauma-informed touch. Her experience of being both a mum and a grandma brings warmth, understanding, and heart to her practice. All these threads come together to offer a grounded, heart-centred presence that supports healing, connection, and growth. From a felt sense of support, your own body wisdom can guide the discovery of new, healthier patterns. She is also a teacher of Qigong and meditation to support herself and others and to enhance what she offers.
